We want to raise awareness and make resources available to our youth and parents. After COVID many students are suffering from depression and anxiety. It can sometimes be very difficult to know what to look for or to find the help that is needed.

Having a child with Mental Health issues can feel very isolating. You feel helpless and alone. We will be providing information and resources to help you navigate this new challenge in your parenting journey.
